Manage enrollment, drop dates, and makeups. It's all under your control.  


To make life easier, we offer online payments and automatic billing. Once registered, our system pro-rates tuition based on the number of remaining classes that month; then, every month, our system automatically charges your account on the 1st. If you enroll after the last class of any given month, the system will charge you for the future month (and you will not be billed on the 1st). Be sure to set a drop date for every class; otherwise, you will continue to be billed each month.


Be aware that your child is taking up a spot that another child could have, so refunds are not granted. Phone calls to the gym are NOT accepted as proof of unenrollment. If you need assistance setting your end date or you want to confirm your drop dates have been entered correctly, please send an email to at least 48 hours prior to the end date you are requesting and include END DATE REQUEST in the subject field. If you send an email request at least 48 hours prior and we do not set your end date, we will happily provide a refund for any erroneous charges incurred.

Once your student drops his/her class, all makeups will be forfeited. If you prefer to end enrollment, but want to keep and use your student's makeups, you can go on HOLD for $25/month until your student's makeups have been used.
