REGISTERING FOR CLASS

  1. Log in or Create an Account in the PARENT PORTAL
  2. Add Student
  3. Click on "Enroll in Classes"
  4. Pick the class you want, click on "Enroll Now" 
  5. Under Enrollment Type, choose "Active" 
  6. Select the correct student
  7. Click on "Continue Enrollment"
  8. Click on "Add to Cart"
  9. Click on "Proceed to Checkout"
  10. Click on "Continue" and enter payment information
  11. Click on "Continue," select "Form of Payment" and "Preview Payment"
  12. Click on "Process Payment"
  13. Done!  You will get an email confirmation.

Just remember when you decide to drop the class, do so in advance. Request your drop date AT LEAST 48 hours prior to the end of whichever month you want to end enrollment as our system auto-bills on the 1st of each month. Follow the DROP CLASSES steps to send a drop request. 

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Click on the Parent Portal link below to open a separate window. Then, click on any of the action items listed in the sidebar menu and follow the steps. It's that easy.

CHOOSING AN END DATE

Parents are responsible for ending enrollment. We bill monthly for the entire month, so set your child's end date the last day of the month. If your child will not be attending all of the classes in his/her last month, be sure to use the makeups you will accrue up through the end of your final month before you end enrollment. All makeups are forfeited on the end date. (If you prefer to go on HOLD, go to TRANSFER.)

  1. Log into the Parent Portal
  2. Click on "Enrollments" in the side bar
  3. Click on "View Enrollment" next to the class you would like to set an end date for
  4. Click on DROP
  5. Fill in date under "Requested Last Day of Enrollment" field (MUST be set for the last day of the month; Bolt does not prorate for early drops)
  6. Click on "Request Drop"
  7. You will get an email confirming your drop request. 
  8. Send an email to hello@boltparkour.com with DROP DATE REQUEST and your student's name in the subject line. Please include the requested drop date (last day in any given month).

Calls to the gym ARE NOT sufficient to drop a class.

Parents MUST request drops via the PARENT PORTAL and send an email so we can check our system to make sure your student was successfully dropped. Alternatively, you may send an email requesting that we drop the class for youProvide AT LEAST two business days for processing.

SCHEDULING A MAKEUP

  1. Log into the PARENT PORTAL
  2. Select class, click on ENROLL NOW
  3. Under ENROLLMENT TYPE, select MAKEUP
  4. Select the STUDENT
  5. Select DROP DATE (must be the same date as the makeup or it will schedule a makeup every week)
  6. Click on CONTINUE ENROLLMENT
  7. Click on ADD TO CART
  8. Click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
  9. Click on CONTINUE
  10. Click on COMPLETE TRANSACTION
  11. Wait for an email confirmation (we do not allow makeups in classes where we know students are not registered or will not be there that day)

Makeups will be considered redeemed regardless of whether or not the student attends.

Want to do a makeup but the class is full? Call us within the 48-hour window prior to the class (deadline for absences to be reported) to check in. 

TRIAL /  DROP-IN REGISTRATION

  1. Log in or Create an Account in the PARENT PORTAL
  2. Add student information.
  3. Select class, click on ENROLL NOW
  4. Under ENROLLMENT TYPE, select TRIAL
  5. Select the STUDENT
  6. Select DROP DATE (must be the same date as the TRIAL or it will schedule a TRIAL every week)
  7. Click on CONTINUE ENROLLMENT
  8. Click on ADD TO CART
  9. Click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
  10. Click on CONTINUE
  11. Enter Payment Information (we will charge you when we receive your request even though our system)
  12. Click on COMPLETE TRANSACTION
  13. Wait for an email confirmation (we do not allow trials in classes where we know students are not registered or will not be there that day)

Unless rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the class, TRIALS will be considered redeemed regardless of whether or not the student attends.
