Why should kids have all the fun? Get in shape the functional fitness way! Use your body to move in ways you thought you never could. Our class will gently ease you into vaulting, swinging, jumping, rolling, climbing, and more!
It’s all about progressions. Learn fundamental movements that lead to more advanced skills, while developing strength, power, agility and flexibility. This class will strengthen your mind-body connection and build confidence in your movement.
