At Bolt, rolls, handstands, and flips are taught with proper technique using progressions. Solid tricking basics training, including shaping, strength and flexibility development, allows athletes to build the skills necessary to move up to PKFR I, which combines both parkour and tricking for increased mobility and fluidity in motion.
